These are the terms for using the Machine Commerce website. Machine Commerce is an applied AI research lab and a branch of General Machines Pvt. Ltd., which operates this site.

By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Read, link and quote. Treat what we publish as research, not advice. Do not break the site or the law.

Writing, a manifesto, specifications, datasets, benchmarks, tools, and descriptions of our products and solutions.

A score, audit or benchmark describes the public surfaces we tested, at the moment we tested them. Stores, feeds, policies and software change, so a result is not a promise about the future.

A score is not a certification or an endorsement, and it does not guarantee that any agent will or will not buy from a store. Specifications we publish are drafts until they say otherwise, and they may change.

Nothing here is legal, financial, security or commercial advice. Decide for yourself, or ask someone who can be held to the answer.

The Products and Solutions pages describe what we build and what we link to. They are not an offer. We start work with a client only under a written agreement, and what is available can change.

Some entries point to other sites, including Acro Studio and Agent Usability. Those are governed by their own terms.

Code, datasets and specifications may carry their own licence. Where one is stated, it controls how you use that artifact.

Where none is stated, the content of this site belongs to General Machines Pvt. Ltd. You may link to it and quote short excerpts with attribution. Anything beyond that needs our permission.

Agents and crawlers may read the public pages. Read at a reasonable rate, do not bypass access controls, and do not pretend to be someone you are not.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses without our permission, interfere with other readers, or use its content in a way that breaks the law or another person’s rights.

The Machine Commerce name, mark, design and original content belong to General Machines Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

We link to sites and repositories we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or terms.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, General Machines Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

We may change the site and these terms. The date at the top shows when this version took effect. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
