From shelf photo to decision. Schematic, not client data.

Context

An unnamed supermarket chain in Southeast Asia.

Problem

Product sales did not provide a clear view of the actual shelf layout. Manual shelf capture and reporting separated the plan from the floor.

What was built

A phone-photo capture workflow, catalog matching, human confirmation, layout-to-sales mapping, prioritized exceptions and per-shelf PDF reports.

What is evidenced

The deployment provides shelf-, row- and slot-level visibility. We are not publishing a verified before/after dataset. Client identity is withheld; public dashboard figures are fictional demo data.
